a mixture made up of almond oil and honey. The easiest and most
efficient way to avoid dark circles under your eyes is to make
sure you get plenty of sleep every night.
Chapped
lips

to avoid getting chapped lips in the first place is to make
sure you are consuming plenty of water, especially during the
winter months of the year. When your lips are dry and cracked
it is in human nature to lick them in order to make them feel
more moisturized, however this is the worst thing that you can
do. Increases your herbal tea intake can also help prevent
chapped lips. Also try to apply lip balm, preferably non
flavored, as often as possible and make sure if you’re going to
be out in the sun to apply a chap stick that contains some form
of sunscreen.
Crow’s
feet
The first wrinkles that people usually start to notice are
crow’s feet. These are fine lines that appear around your eyes.
However, these wrinkles are not all the time caused by age but
also a sign of too much sun exposure. Making sure to always use
sunscreen when exposed to the sun for long periods of time and
also wearing sunglasses are good ways to keep these wrinkles
from appearing, or at least prevent them from occurring early
on. Try to get in a skin care treatment routine early on and
also keep your skin moisturized and hydrated.
